Look at this week's lovely selection of veg including a rather large carrot. It's been a busy week with dropping temperature so been happy to cook some veg filled warming meals.

Monday – pot luck team lunch
- Sushi made filled with giant carrot
- Mini vegetable tarts with soy and sesame pastry filled with broccoli stalk sauce
Monday – pre-Star Wars quiz dinner
- Rice noodles with cabbage, onion and a squash curry sauce
Tuesday – dinner before a night of packing orders
- Spaghetti with cabbage, lemony miso garlic sauce and nutritional yeast
Wednesday – dinner before a long late night drive
- Leftover night!
- Salad leaves
- Fried potatoes
- Sweet and spicy seitan
- Tahini coleslaw
- Hummus
Friday – post yoga goodness
- Roast potato
- Roast carrot and parsnip
- Fried cabbage
- Fried onions
