Sunday
- Waldorf type salad with celeriac, apple, walnuts and vegan mayo
- Paprika potato wedges
- Served on salad leaves
Monday
Tuesday
- Swede and chickpeas roast with spices
- Jacket potato
- Fried cabbage
Thursday
- Chard cooked with onions, chilli and garlic
- Brown basmati rice
- Cashews browned in vegan margarine
Friday
- Carrot and lentil soup (leeks, onions, carrots, garlic, red lentils, ginger, turmeric and stock blended with an onion/cumin seed/mustard seed tarka)
- Bread and vegan margarine
